I worked in various gastronomy positions as service attendant, head of service and business manager since 1988.

I am an independent adviser with focus on services and quality in the gastronomy as well as in systems catering or fast-food chains.

Besides the traditional restaurants my customers were large food companies like Häagen-Dazs Icecream, Kaufland Gastronomie or Joey´s Pizza, to name a few. 

In Switzerland Sygama SA or the Gastrag AG, which is currently having a big success with Kohlmanns ( www.kohlmanns.ch).

1998 Quality concept for Iberostar Hotel& Resorts, then adviser for quality and services for various Hotels, such as Hotel Bern, Bern ;Hotel California, Zürich; Valamar Hotels & Resorts, Croatia; Maistra Hotels& Resorts, Croatia

2007 to 2009 Executive director for quality of all Valamar Hotels, Camps and Apartments in Croatia.

In between working on quality concepts for a number of companies, e.g. Porsche AG in Germany.
